The :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Assembly with this Constitution:

 

 

~1 The full word closure and the full sentence closure is given in this constitution by way of the dictionary for this constitution.

~2 The dictionary for this constitution is the separate instrument to this constitution. Only the dictionary for this constitution gives and guarantees the full word closure and the full sentence closure for this constitution.

~3 Anyone using this constitution must have the full comprehension of the words of this constitution. The failure to have the full comprehension and using this constitution is the performance of the dishonour.

~4 All the members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law give the full word closure and the full sentence closure by way of a dictionary. Any member failing to give the full word closure and the full sentence closure automatically vacate their position: thus performing the dishonour.

~5 Anyone in the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law and/or any members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law filing documents in the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law must have the full comprehension of the words and the sentences in their filed documents and must give the full word closure and the full sentence closure by way of a dictionary. Failure to do so automatically makes the document claim open to the interpretation and therefore is a void document claim: thus, is the performance of the dishonour.

~6 The founders and the founder members have come to fully agree on this constitution, which is based on the principles of the Holy Scriptures of the Bible for the benefit of the global community.

~7 The :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Assembly is duty-bound and honour-bound to protect this constitution and the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law and the members of the global community for the benevolence of the global community.

~8 To perform any election more than 12 living men and/or living women must cast their vote unanimously. The one to be elected is excluded from voting.

~9 The :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Assembly elects the constitutional judge and the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Council members. The constitutional judge is duty-bound and honour-bound to make sure that the constitution of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law and the ethos of this constitution is upheld and performed for the benefit of the local and global community.

~10 All the members elected for the public position of the council of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law are elected for 3/three years and can be re-elected.

~11 The purpose of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Grand-Council and the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law is to perform our honour-bound and duty bound position to hold the facts. The facts speak for themselves giving the truth and the remedy, for he/she that lies knows the truth.

~12 All the members are peaceful and perform the educational role in this Court for the benefit of the local community and the global community.

~13 Any public position can be held by election only. For those that want to become Fiduciaries, Trustees, Sheriffs, Deputies, Librarians and Clerks will come by their position by elections from the local and larger community of the members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law.

~14 All for one and one for all.

~15 The private is private and the public is public.

~16 All public and private is for the purpose of the peace, the education and the benevolence only.

~17 All the members must perform the life. (Thou shall perform life) All the members in the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law must perform their duties in the same ethos in the private and in the public.

~18 All of us are responsible for ourselves and for our family and for the community. It is the individual member’s choice or judgement in the sequence of the performance for the family and/or the community.

~19 All the intellectual and the physical property is respected in full: Your name, your body, your mind and your intellectual property is yours and are copy-right/copy-claimed.

~20 Where the new and/or original knowledge is beneficial for the public the intellectual property owner and/or owners must be pleaded with for the permission for use for the benefit of the public. If permission is given the property’s owner must be compensated for their work, their ethos and their know-how.

~21 Reason and logic are the grounds for all duties. Control of feelings makes the best fiduciaries. Your feelings do not have a spoken language. So be sure to give your feelings the correct words to match your feelings/emotions.

~22 This constitution is for the benefit of factual and/or living people only.

~23 By default the fictitious people with/without the fictitious language have no possession of their language, their duties and their feelings and therefore dis-qualify themselves.

~24 All the members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law are duty bound to stop and correct any wrong they are in the knowledge of.

~25 All the members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law, that are volunteers and/or paid while holding official positions, that fail to stop and correct wrongs, have vacated their positions by default, starting from the date/point of knowledge or when the default position comes to light.

~26 The failure for the living men and/or women to report a crime and/or to stop a crime is the criminal conduct and the neglect of the duty.

~27 It is the duty of the member of the community to make sure that the reporting and/or stopping a crime neither jeopardizes the safety of the members of the community nor does harm to the community nor does harm to the environment.

~28 The wrongdoer is given grace to stop and correct their position within 30 days, and 45 days internationally. The wrongdoer will be informed by registered postal letter 3/three times every 10 days with the same claim-number used in the first register postal letter where by giving the wrongdoer 3/three times notice within a 30 day period. Failure for the wrongdoer to stop and self-correct, by tacit agreement vacates his/her position to the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law.

~29 The fictitious Man and/or woman possesses subhuman-destructive-behaviour. For this reason his/her conduct is curtailed by all members, to hold our Earth in good trust and good health. Remember the earth functions without man.

~30 The :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law has the obligation to the damaged man/woman to authorise compensation from the man/woman causing the damage. The compensation of the harm and loss must first come from the wrongdoer’s own estate.

~31 Due to the fact that this :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law does not have a prison, prison duties have to be contracted out. It is up to the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Council to make sure the foreign prison respects the ethos of this :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law by giving the prisoner dignity. It is the freedom of movement space we are punishing the wrongdoer with and not removing his or her dignity.

~32 We, the members are duty bound to be correct. Complete communication is correctness. One word one meaning is correctness. One meaning per sentence is correctness. By default non correctness is fiction and fictitious conveyance of the languages. Poetry consists of the lack of one meaning per word and sentence closure. You cannot write your contracts, house deeds and property ownerships in poetry.

~33 It is the easiest thing in the world for men/women to misunderstand each-other. Therefore by default any men/women deliberately misunderstanding each-other are engaged in the subhuman activity of the fictitious-conveyance-of-the-language. It is the ethos of the Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Accembly that we make effort to comprehend each-other. The intention of finding loopholes is a deliberately fabricating miss-understanding and is considered subhuman.

~34 Any review of laws and constitutional matters can only be performed by the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Assembly. No point of law or in man’s life can be reviewed by the judiciary. Only the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Assembly can better the laws to bring greater harmony, faith, duty and peace.

~35 Nature manages itself, man the species is the one that needs to manage him/her self. Nature can live without man, man can only live with nature. Thus, man is honor-bound and duty-bound to respect nature.

~36 Any authority is based on the jurisdiction of the knowledge and/or the first-hand knowledge only.

~37 Any man and/or woman holding a public position with the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law, make their position and their names available to the public giving full word closure and full sentence closure.

~38 Any fit man or woman in a current position can run for re-election.

~39 Any one man or woman wanting to hold more than one elected position is to assess by the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Grand-Council and/or the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Council when being prompted to by the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Grand-Council to come to the knowledge if he or she has the capacity to hold two elected positions.

~40 The role of the Public-Health-Safety-Officer is in the jurisdiction of the Sheriff’s office.

~41 The role of the Public-Health-Safety-Officer is a dedicated qualified position held by a Deputy-Sheriff.

~42 All dedicated Deputy-Sheriff’s positions are by elections only. It is in the Sheriff’s jurisdiction to deputise men and women when the need arises. The appointment is for 30 days and is not subject to renewal. Any furtherance of the Deputy-Sheriff after 30 days is by election only.

~43 The Members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law are self governing.

~44 Non-members have no say in this :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law.

~45 All non-members and the members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law wishing to seek counsel from the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law are free to do so.

~46 The members of this :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law are open and free to trade and perform commerce with any non-members globally. The members of this :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law are open and free to trade with any global currencies including all precious metals and minerals.

~47 All members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law must make all efforts to give his/her trading partner full word and sentence closure. The trading partners also must make all efforts to give full word and sentence closure thus preventing to give the fictitious courts room to manoeuvre into your public/private agreements and contracts.

~48 The members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law are open to contract with the universal postal union on the grounds and foundation of the full word and sentence closure. The members are also open to contract from non universal postal roads on the condition that all communications take place with the full word and sentence closure.

~49 The members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law come from all cultures, races and languages and it is up to the members to show their relative position to foreign cultures on a global level. The members must make all effort when visiting foreign lands or communities they are engaging with, to make known to them that they are foreign to their lands and/or customs.

~50 All members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law can claim foreign immunity on the condition that the members give notice to the foreign country/countries, culture/cultures and/or lands that the members are foreign.

~51 In times of emergencies all members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law work together to perform duties of life and therefore will be trained in healing, nursing, in first aid and muster-master duties.

~52 The jurisdiction of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law is in the here and now only. In the here and now all men and women are living men and women. All living men and women have in common the word and sentence closure. All living men and women have in common the globe. Furtherance all living men and women have in common the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law. The jurisdiction of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law is global. The jurisdiction of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Grand-Council is global. The jurisdiction of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Assembly is global.

~53 Anyone wanting to be a member of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law and therefore an autographer to this constitution must have 2 witnesses, who also are members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law. Each autograph will be bound together with all member’s.

~54 Each of the autographs are bound together with a copy of the original constitution and the autographs of 999 members. For every 1000 members one copy of the constitution has to be bound together with the 1000 autographs and seals of the 1000 members.

~55 The binding process is a blue ribbon fed through two punched holes on the left-hand side. The blue ribbon is fastened with the seal of this court.

~56 The seal of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-constitution can only be opened by three Assembly members or when authorised by the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Assembly for each individual task by three members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law-Grand-Council to further improvements to the bound document for the benefit of the public. All improvements must be ratified by all the members of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law before opening the seal.

~57 This bound constitution with all the founder members names and seals will always be in the public domain behind glass.

~58 Each copy of the constitution with the 1000 autographs and seals will always be in the public domain behind glass.

~59 The :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law is the Common-Law-Court based on the highest law on the planet earth. Neither the private agreements nor any of the fictitious courts and/or real courts are superior to the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law. Therefore all verdicts reached by the jury and/or juries of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law are final and are irrevocable and neither the living man nor the living woman can overturn and/or dismiss the verdict and/or the verdicts of the jury and/or the juries of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law.

~60 The right of the definition of the words and the sentences in this constitution is reserved for the founders of this constitution only. The definitions of the words are written down in the dictionary for this constitution.

~61 Neither the living man nor the living woman has the right to define any of the words of this constitution beyond the definitions given in the dictionary for this constitution.

~62 The place of the jurisdiction of the :Global-Court-of-the-Common-Law is in the geographic territory known as the Republic of Iceland.

~63 This constitution is autographed by the founders in Dumaguete on the 21^st of November 2018.
